Gardner & Boswell Construction was experienced building the office space in a silo concept after having completed the Gigaplex architecture office in Park City for Hank Louis.

The concept for MonteSilo was spawned by Earl Stein after a visit to the architecture office.  Gardner & Boswell Construction sincerely appreciated being selected by Earl Stein as the builders for MonteSilo.

This project presented unusual and interesting construction challenges, which our company was  uniquely qualified to solve.
